本研究旨在探討國小附設幼兒園普通班教師轉任學前特教巡迴輔導教師歷程之研究。研究經立意取樣，訪談三位具學前特教巡迴輔導教師經驗者；採質性研究深度訪談進行資料蒐集。本研究主要發現如下：一、轉任學前特教巡迴輔導教師前，在國小附設幼兒園普通班教師經驗是愉悅，對自我能力正面且有意願挑戰。二、證書將過期、行政事務繁瑣、前輩鼓勵促成國小附設幼兒園教師轉任學前特教巡迴輔導教師動機。三、轉任學前特教巡迴輔導教師後，在教學方式、型態、脈絡及與園所老師、家長和幼兒人際互動具差異。四、轉任學前特教巡迴輔導教師後在教學、心態皆需調適，也因之產出因應對策。
